2012 Dept Oratorical Contest
Ms Moriah Hagel, of Wetumpka won the Dept Oratorical Contest on March 10, and will go on to represent the Dept at the National Convention April 13-15. Moriah was sponsored by Wetumpka Post 7, and is the daughter of Wetumpka Post 7 member Stephen Hagel. The photograph depicts the contestants.
